Much better than knock offs
Parker/Racor are still the best filters and I have used them for 30 years . I accidentally bought one of the higher priced knock offs which had trouble removing water and did not produce clear fuel to the motor. Knockoffs use deceptive marketing as all of their filters look like Racor's and only omit the word "Parker". I avoided the cheaper clones but accidentally clicked on one of the $20+ filters thinking it was Racor. I do feel dumb:( Read more
Does not thread on correctly
We purchased this and when attempting to thread onto assembly, it will not go on all the way. Purchased a whole new assembly thinking it was a problem on our side, the same part - s3227 - comes with the assembly, threads on perfectly, when we attempt to thread this one on it still will not go on correctly. Too late to return so now just a waste of money. Read more
