Shocked by how sharp they are when arrived, absolutely razor sharp. Perfect for cutting through sandwich's, mangos, hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, you can basically cut a tomato into deli-thin slices with these. I'm not going to use them for meat they are too small. These are wonderful knives for not only tomatoes but fruits , cucumbers, removing melon rind and slicing cake. I bought one June 24 @$15.85, I have continued to purchase additional ones for a total of 23. Unfortunately, there has been a 2$ increase in price between June 24 and August 24. The 6 I received today had heavy duty, blister packed individual knives rather than the thin plastic bag with a cardboard knife guard. The new packaging is not an improvement! Read more
