About this item

  • [Specially designed for radial nerve palsy and wrist droop]: This hand splint is designed to improve wrist droop, finger weakness, and thumb abduction problems caused by radial nerve palsy. By providing stable support for the wrist and fingers, it effectively prevents continued flexion and contracture of the wrist and fingers, promoting recovery of hand function. The patent application number for this product with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is 30/031,851.
  • [Original upgrade, five-finger independent elastic stretch band]: Based on the traditional four-finger hand splint, it is fully upgraded to a five-finger adjustable elastic stretch band hand splint, which accurately stretches each finger, strengthens the tendon, and effectively relieves nerve paralysis. The finger band is widened, does not squeeze the finger, does not affect the blood circulation of the finger, and each finger can be flexibly stretched.
  • [30° Aluminum Alloy Bracket, Solve Wrist Weakness]: The hand splint adopts high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy bracket, 30-degree bending structure medical design, specially tailored for patients with wrist droop. It stretches the wrist joint more effectively, making it easier for the fingers to stretch and lift upward, improving the mobility of the wrist and fingers.
  • [Adjustable Velcro, easy to put on and take off with one hand]: This hand splint is designed with 3 Velcro straps to fix the forearm, wrist and hand. It can be put on and taken off with one hand. The tightness can be adjusted at any time according to the size of the arm and palm. It helps to fit the healing position of the radial nerve and wrist, providing stable support.
  • [Universal Size, Suitable for Both Hands]: DrFinger radial nerve splint is designed with universal size, suitable for both hands. Adjustable, can be easily worn on the left or right hand. No need to worry about different sizes or directions, very convenient. Can be used by both men and women!

GREAT FOR SLEEPING, DRIVING, GOLF, ETC

KennyJanuary 4, 2026✓ Verified purchase

This thing worked pretty well. Definitely helps support the wrist properly if you have the old Saturday night palsy/radial nerve palsy. First off, let me say this: YOUR HAND IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. If you have radial nerve palsy you know exactly why I start off by saying that haha. It’s scary at first. I slept in my car one night with my arm over the center console and woke up unable to move my wrist… pretty scary. My thumb was numb and I couldn’t pick up any drinks unless I did some kind of claw gesture, which was still tough. Gladly I skipped urgent care and the doctor avoided paying a big bill and I looked it up on TikTok and realized it just takes time. And like I thought, within about a month and a half my hand is basically back to normal. I didn’t do physical therapy. i just kept using it as normally as i could, and you don’t want to “baby” your wrist because you need to re-awaken those nerves - BUT THE BRACE DOES HELP. I used it at night when I was sleeping and whenever I was doing tasks like driving or playing golf because it truly does help keep it at the proper angle instead of letting your wrist slouch, which is important if you’re driving or riding a bicycle so you don’t crash if you need to make a quick maneuver. Good support brace

Blank ReviewsSeptember 15, 2025

Although this does seem like a lot to pay for a brace I do think that the price is pretty reasonable considering how comprehensive this brace is and the support that it provides. First, it is convenient that this is a one-size-fits-all design as that spares me the trouble of having to worry about getting the right size, and I was able to adjust this to fit my hand perfectly. Furthermore, the brace contains a built-in metal bracket that provides good stability and support. I also like that each finger is provided with its own separate ring strap, so I can adjust it on a finger by finger basis. I can tell the material that this is made with is excellent quality, and the brace seems durable enough that it should last through years of use. It is also pretty easy to set up once you get the hang of it, and know how to manage the numerous straps that it comes with. I like that the brace can be used for either left or right hands given the design of the thumb strap. This feels comfortable to wear throughout the day and my hand doesn't get too hot or sweaty when using it. Read more

Not universal for left and right hand

BrettJanuary 25, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Overall the splint itself works great, but only on my right hand. The sides of the straps and plastic hooks on one hand should be the same direction when changing into the other hand, but there is not a left or right splint. IE on the right, the plastic hooks for the wrist straps are inside and plastic hook for the hand strap is outside by the pinky finger. The Additional splint I ordered for my left hand being the same, causes discomfort and numbing in the hand and fingers. This is because the plastic hooks for the wrist straps are now on the outside and the plastic hook for the hand strap is now on the inside by my index finger. When the straps are tightened to fit, my left pinky gets crushed most of the time or I'm unable to move it, and my wrist often loses circulation to the hand. Read more
