This ukulele is a fantastic starter instrument for kids and even adults! It’s lightweight, sturdy, and has a beautiful mahogany finish that gives it a grown-up feel. My toddler loves strumming it with the included picks, and the soft sound is great for little ears. It’s easy to tune, fun to play, and the perfect size for small hands or adult beginners wanting to transition to guitar later. A great mix of play and learning! Pros: Perfect size for kids and beginners Nice sound quality and easy to tune Durable with a realistic mahogany look Comes with picks Cons: Limited volume (but great for toddlers) Not suitable for advanced players Read more

The Raimy 17in kids ukulele is a great intro instrument for little ones. It looks just like a real ukulele and feels sturdy. My kid picked it up fast and loves playing with the included picks. The sound is decent for a toy, and it’s perfect for sparking musical interest. Great for toddlers and young kids just starting out. Plus, the mahogany look gives it a nice touch. Fun, educational, and well worth it! Read more

This Ukulele Guitar is absolutely beautiful and just perfect for my kids! My daughter plays it wonderfully and loves making up her own silly songs with it. It’s a great value if you’re looking for something affordable, stylish (or “sigma” as the kids say—I’m just trying to be a cool mom!), and easy to store. It's also really comfortable to hold and play. The strings sound amazing too! Read more

Picked this up on a whim for a clever 2-year-old -- a teacher at daycare has a ukulele, and they had also seen some online videos of young kids singing and playing ukuleles. The kid's eyes lit up and we now have a ton of adorable photos and videos as they sing and strum. To clarify -- there is no real music coming from this instrument. The 2-year-old is successfully holding this uke, plucking streams, and strumming (and sometimes using the attached pick), but is not attempting to hold strings on frets, not attempting to play chords, and not attempting to play any correct/specific notes. That said, I've played a few simple melodies by holding one string to the frets and didn't have any problems with buzzing. I spent about a minute one day trying to actually tune it to itself, before the 2-year-old demanded it back. I was not successful, but it very well might have just been me. It seems feasibly tunable, although I have a hunch the pegs may not hold their position and would fall a little out of tune in a day or less. For what we needed -- a reasonably safe and sturdy "guitar" for a 2-year-old, this was absolutely perfect. I have been tempted to buy a stack of 10 of them to have on hand as easy gifts for other kids. The photos and videos we now have of the child with this uke are priceless, and favorites of all our family. Read more

A nice little toy. Good for a 2-5 year old size. It held up pretty well for a while. Our kids are pretty rough, so it broke but we hot glued it back together. Still going strong. Read more

SUPER CHEAP/poor quality. For the price, I was not expecting a lanai concert mahogany ukulele however. I wasn’t expecting basically a hunk of plastic though. I bought it for my three-year-old grandson to see if he might have an interest. I instantly regretted the purchase. Not even remotely tunable, even for a three year-old to mess with. Hopefully he breaks it soon so I can get him another. Read more
