If you're looking for this style, fon't hesitate to buy this jacket! I am thrilled with the quality, fit, and features of lightweight, rain jacket that I will be able to use many months out of our Midwest seasons, rain or shine. It's not a high end product, but neither is the price tag. But it great looking and comfortable for everyday wear running errands, dog walking, and especially in and out of the car with a simple snap here or there and the bottom up zipper feature. I'm retired, so budgets matter. But if I was still a working girl, I'd have this jacket in a couple more spunky colors. I've not yet worn this in the rain, so I can't speak to that aspect of this jacket, but I'll talk about looks, fit and quality. The color is a warm, bright yellow. Not neon or unnaturally garish. The outer material doesn't feel like plastic and it's more matte than shiny, it's very nice. The inside is fully lined with a black and white striped fabric, also very nice. The front zip is smooth and feels well constructed. The snaps are firm. I'm 5'5" and it falls to my mid thigh. The hood is not too large and the opening is adjustable. It does not roll up and store in the collar. The weight is heavy enough that it won't blow all over but is great for a spring or fall coat. There is no weird smell and opened up to minimal wrinkling. The media could not be loaded. This is actually waterproof! I ran it under my sink multiple times and the water beaded up and dropped right off. Very happy about that. It’s also super cute! It has a hood, zippers and snaps, pockets - it’s definitely a great value for the price. I ordered a size medium and large - medium is the size Amazon recommended, but I was worried I might not be able to fit chunky sweaters under, or that my arms might be restricted in the shoulders (a common issue for me). I was wrong, the medium fit great! Plenty of room for a big sweater. For reference I’m 5’5”, 135lbs and typically wear a size 6. Only slight bummer for me was the placement of the waist cincher and pockets which were both a bit lower than I would have liked. All in all though this is a super great jacket! Read more
Very nicely made and fit is adjustable. I ordered a large so I could wear a crossbody bag underneath on a trip to Rome. It will work nicely. A very nice weight yet not overly cumbersome or heavy. I wish it had inside pockets but I can work with it the way it is. Read more
The fabric on this coat is a heavyweight material that really helps to keep you dry but is not crinkly or rubbery. The coat overall is comfortable, and I love the double zipper that allows you to open it from the bottom while wearing. Makes it much more comfortable when sitting, especially since this coat has a longer length. My only complaint is that the coat is a straight cut down from the arms to the hem, with no flair or A-line silhouette. If you are thicker through the hips, I recommend that you consider sizing up. I wore it in a pretty good rain and stayed dry. LOVE the teal blue color- my favorite. Not overly hot to wear even in a summer rain, it would also work for a windbreaker on a cool day. Read more
Beautifully made Rain Jacket! Color is accurate for the khaki color not too green . I ordered the Medium due to reading many reviews but will likely return because it is big in the shoulders and the sleeves are much too long and also the jacket it’s self . This coat is a great fit and has great style. I usually wear a size 4 and the size small fits with room to layer under it for colder weather .i like that is comes almost to my knees to give me more protection in the wet Northwest. I recommend this coat . Read more
Very cute trench raincoat. While it does keep the water out in a light rainshower, you'll be wet in a downpour as water gets through the seams- not soaked however. Also the pretty little tassels are thick and cottony and will get soaked and stay wet awhile. Probably not a major issue for the city. love the pinstripe silky lining. Probably shouldn't say waterproof- more water resistant. But it does hold up well. Gave it all 5 stars because basically they never said it would hold up to a downpour. Read more
