I have installed two of these shower systems and they went flawlessly. As far as I can see these are extremely well built with no plastic junk and comparable to expensive brands and will save you hundreds of dollars by not going with one of the better known name brands at the big box stores. It has a solid brass mixing valve with a replaceable cartridge if needed in the future. If you're looking for inexpensive shower system to upgrade a remodel your bathroom don't hesitate this one is nice. You will need a plumber to install unless you're somewhat handy yourself. Beautiful rain shower, we love it! Well made and stylish, everything is the best quality. My contractor said it was easy to install and came with complete instructions. The rain head is awesome. Both rain head and handheld has a ton of pressure. Compared to other name brands, these seem to have great value without the extra mark up cost. Reviewed, 4 months after install....This thing is SUPER COOL. We bought this during our bathroom remodel, so it was very easy to install and do the plumbing correctly since we were starting with a blank slate. We are on city water, so we have i pressure into our house by default, and this handles the high pressure with very little issues. Those that complain about the water pressure, probably has low pressure in their house to begin with and this item would not be very good with overall low water pressure. The handset is great and again, handles the water pressure with no issues. The coolest feature is that I can choose to have both the handset and the shower head pumping our water at the same time. I was concerned with the neck of the shower head not being long enough causing the body to be too close to the wall, but that hasn't been an issue whatsoever. I could argue that if it was any longer, the weight of the head and water weight may be too much for the neck. This system would be very difficult to install if you didn't have the plumbing already prepped for separate water jets. It is best to be installed during a remodel, and not a simple replacement. Great kit. It is stunning to look at, and it even came with a pair of gloves for install to avoid fingerprints. The rain feature is nice… but I’ve had other rain showers that could be adjusted for different water spray patters. That would make this ideal. Read more

My Artiqua Rain Shower was perfect when it was professionally installed. Everything was perfect. Water flow was great and the hand held functioned as it was designed right from the beginning. After around 7 months we noticed the water flow from the shower head was not working correctly. Definitely out of Amazon's return window but the product had a lifetime warranty. I thought why not go directly to the manufacturer and see if they would stand by their product. What a surprise!! Not only did they stand by their product, they were extremely professional and helpful. My first contact was with Miss Lane. She asked me to text her some pictures of the product and asked a few questions. She said the product should not have failed like it did and said she would have a replacement sent out. The entire experience was unbelievable. I believe the true test of a company's quality is shown when something goes wrong. We truly appreciated their quick response to our problem.
