My hand was in severe pain so that I couldn't pick up practically anything. I put the brace on and I was able to use my hand almost like before. The pain was almost gone. With the increased mobility. I'm hoping my hand will begin to heal. The materials, shape and construction are very good. You can tighten or loosen it, according to the support you need at the time. It has three straps. The center strap is the main support, which wraps completely around your hand. It can be placed where you need the support most. The other two straps are shorter and help to hold the brace in place. My only problem with it is that the part that goes between the index finger and thumb presses down and is a bit uncomfortable. Read more

I've only been using them for a day so far but I'll update. I have small hands so I bought a small they are shorter that I imagined but not a big deal. They definitely get tight enough and I had no trouble sleeping with them loosely on. The bar fits comfortably and I can text and drink or eat easily with them on. The material around wear the thumb comes out looks as if over time it'll loose shape and rip. Also the two rubber outer straps have been bumped and come loose several times already and I have to readjust. I like the color and pad on bottom. I bought both left and right. Read more

I bought this brace because I strained a ligament in my wrist. It works great as it helps keep the ligament from moving. Really good design and feels very sturdy. It has 2 splints, one straight splint runs the length of the brace on the back of the hand and the other is on the palm side of the hand and is contoured to fit the shape of your palm. It has 3 velcro straps, 2 short which you connect very loosely first then a long strap which controls the tightness of the brace. Then I tighten the shorter straps to make the brace feel comfortable. Comes apart easy and straps together fairly easily, with a secure fit. Two straps go one way, and the main middle wrist strap goes the opposite way to those two. Definitely helping to stabilize my wrists while I sleep and relieve nerve pain. Read more
