The first photo is a bit exaggerated in the shape. This dress is more like a cross between a sheath and an a-line. There's no waistline making it like a sheath but it doesn't taper down giving it kind of a l-line. The material is pretty synthetic ... Its a little thin (hence the lack of shape), and unlined. I don't think it's see-through thin, just flimsy thin. None of that is bad ... When I was younger I would used my limited dollars to buy something like this at the mall, definitely more Wet Seal (is that still a store?) or forever 21. Its really cute. So size wise I'm a 12. This fits me, easily. Although just because it fits doesn't mean it's a good fit. It shows off some flaws in my mid region. I think with a shaped and a bit more structure to the dress I would be really good with it. But the shaped just smooths the flaws and I feel like it looks like I'm wearing a shaper. So maybe the fit is a little too exact. Not a good look for me, a little too young. But will great for others. Read more
