Great product while it worked. I decided to take it on a run, record a little bit of the scenery. As I was running, unbeknownst to me, a tiny sweat bead dripped onto the terribly designed microphone port inside of the nose. (Speculatory) Fragged my microphone. The reason its speculatory is due to my lack of knowledge, and lack of proper documentation online. My audio now sounds like alvin the chipmunk but unintelligible. I am beyond angry that I cant seem to find a soulution, or a repair shop that will service my glasses, so I am left with a broken pair of Meta Glasses. I am unable to return this item due to the significant trouble I'm going through trying to find a fix for this before I take it on my vacation in September. Bought it in June, broke at the start of August. Not even a month's use. Please fix your return system to be more intuitive. Great camera quality, great stabilization features, great retouch effects by default. Great audio quality before your AWFUL design decision cost me all of my hard spent money. The plastic feels a bit cheap. The AI Helper when my microphone worked was helpful, insightful, and conversational. There were a couple of issues as I was attempting to refine my craft as an Infantry Marine, because it refuses to give me any information about firearms I'm proficient in. It also would begin to answer some specific questions, and after a couple of words it would change its mind and tell me it can't answer that question. TLDR, Glasses broke within a month of ownership, decent product otherwise, I'd rate lower if I could just circled around the design decision, and lack of ANY return and repair options. Read more
