UPDATE 04/2025: 2 years later. I still love this thing and looking back on the customer service, Raybee really tops it. That aside, when I had bought it, I was living in one place and my cat LOVED sleeping on lower shelf :), underneath all my clothes. When I moved again, I sold nearly everything in my apt except for this rack. The place where I'm at is pretty small so unfortunately the drawers have much less usage than they did in my old apt BUT the rack itself still works great. My cat doesn't sleep on the lower shelf anymore but instead he travels up to the top shelf and now he has a nice little comfy bed :) I will definitely bring this rack +/- purchase more in the future if I need to for a makeshift closet. Old review: Honestly, customer service took up 4 of the 5 stars. They were very considerate and emailed me when the package was on the way to notify them if I have delivery issues and funnily enough Fedex screwed me over multiple times. When I contacted Raybee, they handled it professionally and was apologetic for something that was out of THEIR control. Regardless, they made sure that I was able to get my furniture piece and even said if it hasn't arrived in the time frame I was supposed to, they'd even send another one. This was really easy to put together and looks nicer than I was expecting. The drawers are a great size and slide out easily. The pulls on the drawer elevate this from looking industrial to looking modern and sleek. I'm impressed! Read more

It's not terribly hard to assemble, just read through everything first. It doesn't seem very sturdy, but I have it loaded down and the drawers full and it's holding up very well. They included hardware to attach it to a wall for extra support, which I didn't use because of the area I put it in, but I have had no problems with it at all. It may wobble at times with all the weight, but absolutely no issues with it at all. This is perfect for what I needed. I'm very happy with the purchase. Read more
