I purchased this card reader in October 2025. Less than 2 months later, it stopped working. An SD reader should last longer than that. I emailed the company support. They responded by wanting the order info, which I gave them. Since then, they have no longer been responding to any emails. There is no customer service. I would not recommend buying this item from this company in China. Read more
