Beware of this product!

Purchased this on 12/1/2023. Vendor listed as Triplenet Pricing Inc. Product didn't work. But all my other Razer products started having issues too. There's a registration site to download software for surround sound and to activate the item. My browser blocked me from accessing it due to it being a known hacker site. I called Razer to figure out why my Chroma base unit wasn't working and to ask about this site. Turns out that the product i got from Triplenet has an invalid/expired serial number. I bought this as a new item. Also, they verified that the registration site is not associated with Razer either. Returning item. Be careful when purchasing anything from this company. Read more
