Headphones feel great. The mic quality is much clearer than my old Razer Kaira's. Connectivity is quick and easy. Audio is very crisp. So far it has been durable. Battery life is pretty good. Accessibility is better when you download the Razer App on Mobile, Console, and PC/Mac. Read more

I have had this headset for a month now. It hasn't broken yet as I've been gently placing it down after use. If you plan to use this on PC, make sure to adjust the slider on the USB-C adapter to PC. Once you do this, your settings won't reset every time you use it on PC. The battery life on the headset is about 2-3 days if you utilize your computer at least 12 hours daily. The headset itself is comfortable after many hours. The sound quality is great, just requires adjusting your equalizer to make it sound good. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Happy as always, only used for 10min, so hope no issues come up, but perfect so far. Very lightweight and comfortable. Good packaging, I could see it had rough travels because of the outside box, but perfect inside. Also smells very clean, new, fresh, like it's straight from the factory. And lastly 10/10 audio quality. Very happy. Highly recommend for gamer looking for quality on a budget. Read more

I had sworn off blue tooth headsets because of the sound quality, but these are actually pretty solid and can hold their battery for a good while. I also LOVE that there are 2 separate dials for controlling game chat and regular sound. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because if you shut it off and turn it back on it resets wherever you had the volume set on both dials, back to default, so you have to set it up every single time you use it. Just a minor annoyance really, definitely superior to having to plug a cord up to my remote. Great quality product over all. Read more

This headset, despite its great quality, has one major issue with it. I'm talking about its USB-to-Xbox connection. I had another Razer headset that connected to the Xbox via wireless connection WITHOUT the USB dongle. This headset should've been a step up from that headset in terms of audio and mic quality and it was. I was so excited to finally use this headset. Now you might be wondering where the problem with this headset is, and I will finally address this now. I typically stream on Twitch from my Xbox, and have done so for a few years now. I have gone through multiple headsets during this process (both wired and wireless). So when it became time to stream, I figured it would be a good time to try out this new headset. However, I was met with utter confusion and disappointment. When I tried to stream, it kept giving me an error message. It would say something like "Xbox Streaming is not working at this time. Please try again later." I thought this was weird, because I had never gotten this message at all. I figured this was an Xbox problem so i let it be. However, I tried to stream again a few days later to the same result. This process would repeat for the next couple of days. So that's when I began to perform tests to find the problem. Eventually, I found out that the message would only appear when the headset was connected to the Xbox. I confirmed this after testing it multiple times which all yielded the same result. That's when I began to do some research on the headset and it turns out many people have had similar experiences with an older model (Razer Blackshark V2), as it too would not allow the user to go live due to the USB-dongle. One user found this a way to fix this - but this fix was only for the V2 model, and I had the V3 model. The fix was to update the headset through the app on PC, so the headset would allow live-streaming from Xbox. However, like I mentioned earlier, this was for the V2 model. Therefore, I was left with one last option; return it. This headset gave me a week of headaches and confusion. I must say I am disappointed in RAZER, as it seems they know that this is an issue (hence why I brought up the V2 model) but just haven't fixed it for some reason with this new and improved V3 model. Why couldn't this headset connect to the Xbox like how the RAZER Kaira Pro did? It connected wirelessly to the Xbox without the USB dongle. That's a feature I loved about that product, too bad it wasn't durable enough. That USB dongle connectivity is such a weird feature in some of these products, which is why I fear buying some of these "Wireless" headsets. Read more
