These capris are so comfortable I could wear them to bed as pajamas. The fabric is very lightweight and cool. They are a little bit water resistant and so very quick dry if you wear them kayaking or to the beach. The stretchy waist is not too blousy in the front like some elastic waist pants. The fabric itself is stretchy, so no tightness when bending or climbing. These are great for any activity like hiking, biking, Zumba, or just everyday wear. The fabric is not heavy duty, so they do have their limits, but I like the fact that they are so versatile an good looking that I can go kayaking or golfing, and then go shopping, or out to lunch without having to change. The legs have a stretchy cord in them, so you can wear them shorter or loosen the tie and let them hang at the calf. I'm 5'5", and the length worn loose at the bottom is almost as long as a crop pant, but I wear them snugged up a bit, just below the bottom edge of my knees. I got these in 2 colors. I was a little hesitant to buy these but I love them. Super soft and comfortable. The waist tie can be adjusted. Look great on. Material is thin but not see through. Should be perfect if the weather ever warms up. Pockets are roomy. Tie at calf is just right and can be adjusted. Very pleased with purchase esp for price. FIts true to size. Update, I've now purchased 3 pair of these capris because they are so comfortable. They wash well and no shrinkage with washing and dirt removes easily. So happy with them! Read more

I bought these pants (in black) in a rush before a 3 month trek through Africa. Best. Idea. Ever. These pants fit really well,--they stay on your waist but don't squeeze at all, and are adjustable thanks to the flaps! They're the comfiest pants I've ever owned. I would wear them everyday if I could! The bottom of the pant also easily cinches, so you can choose to have them loose or tight! (I prefer the bottoms tight as it makes me look smaller!). They also manage to be baggy pants, yet be VERY flattering. I love how they make me look, yet they are also modest, so of course work for more conservative travel destinations. They go with all sorts of different shoes/outfits, and don't make you look fat, which is pretty hard to find in baggy pants... I've been in cars in temperatures upwards of 115 degrees Farenheit in these, and been drenched in sweat. After standing up, we all know that sticky feeling when your pants are covered in sweat from sitting--but with these? Gone in about 10 seconds. Great ventilation, take a long time to get smelly/dirty too! They wash easily and dry very quickly-I've washed them in sinks and had them dry 2 hours later. They're also very easy to get stains off of, and dust/dirt comes off with a simple hit. They're very well made as well. I've gone sand boarding, done some LONG hikes, and tripped HARD onto concrete, gravel, etc multiple times wearing them. No rips, tears, etc. One particularly hard fall scraped open my thigh, but the pants were unaffected. For reference, I'm 5ft 7in and 150lb. I have a size medium. Read more
