Fun, Durable, and Perfect for Teens! I bought this RC car for my grandson for Christmas, and even though I haven’t used it myself yet, I can already tell it’s going to be a hit. He has a bunch of remote control cars, but this one is on a whole different level. The waterproof, all terrain design means he can drive it through grass, gravel, puddles, and even shallow water without worrying about damage. The stunt features a 360° spins, flips, and double sided driving, making it way more exciting than the standard cars he’s had before. I also love that it comes with two rechargeable batteries. His other cars burn through batteries so fast, and those get expensive. With over an hour of total playtime, he’ll get plenty of fun out of this. It feels sturdy, powerful, and perfect for active teens. I can’t wait for him to open it—I’m pretty sure this is going to be one of his favorite gifts. Read more

Easy to figure out but it's kind of loud. You definitely can't play with it without others hearing. Goes pretty fast and is responsive to the controls. Battery life seems good but I haven't played with it long enough to run the down. Perfect size for kids to play with. Read more

I'm not the end user for this car, but you know I had to go play with it to make sure everything works before I give it to my nephew. Neither one of us are really RC people, meaning we like RC cars and such but are not competitive or league racing people who view these toys from a much different standard. It comes with two batteries and a charging cable you can plug into a standard USB outlet. The battery is pretty easy to change on the car. You will need a couple AA batteries for the controller and the controller requires a screwdriver to change the batteries. The car comes with an assortment of stickers and such. I'll let my nephew sort those out, or paint it, or whatever he wants to do. I like they included a selection of decals so each car can be individualized. Overall, this is a fun toy which should provide entertainment for a long time. I'm quite sure he will wind up breaking it, but in the end isn't that the fate for most toys. Read more

I highly recommend this RC amphibious truck. It's a lot of fun. Pros * Inexpensive. Represents great value. * Comes with two 30 minute batteries. So you can play with it for about 1 hour before needing to recharge the batteries. * It's waterproof. So you can run it through puddles with no problem. * It has two motors driving all four wheels. So you get great traction on any surface. * Comes with decals that you can put on the truck to make it custom to your preference. * Maid of high quality durable materials. Should last a long time under normal use. * Can do many stunts like wheelies, 360s, can even flip over and keep running on its back. * Easy to set up and start having fun in no time. * Controller works up to 100 ft and is easy to operate. * With two motors driving all four wheels, the truck is very fast. For $40, you can't beat the value of this Hayxun Amphibious RC stunt truck for kids. My son is 8 and loves it. He calls it a "cybertruck" which it clearly isn't, but has some similarities. The fact it came with 2 batteries is nice, gives roughly an hour worth of play between both batteries. One little feature that I I haven't seen anyone else mention is that is had Lego studs on the roof...so you can build legos on top of this thing and keep driving it around. Kind of a random feature but my son thought it was cool. I can't speak for the quality yet as its only been used a couple of times so far, but as a gift for a 6-10 year old child you can't beat it. Now, it says "amphibious" which is why I got it, but I think it just means waterproof for puddles and such. We had a truck like this that used to float and drive on water but im not so sure this one will perform the same. For the cost you can't beat it. I removed one star because I noticed one of the batteries was kinda intermittently charging but jiggling the charger seems to fix it for now. Not sure if thats going to get worse, but for now only a minor issue. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This car is loads of fun! Our son loves it and his friends do too! Even mom and dad like playing with it and his friends dad! Lol It came with two rechargeable battery packs, which is super awesome! You can be charging one, while using the other! It has a nice little usb charging cable that the battery packs plug into and it has a convenient little light to let you know it's charging. The controller takes AA batteries, not included. A screwdriver is needed to swap batteries in the controller, but the vehicle has near little twisting tabs, similar to the back of a picture frame... making swapping the battery packs very easy! Thing vehicle can go fast or slow, zero turn, and can pop up on one end. There's even a button on the very front that will make it do the pop up with on push, so cool! It rarely needs to be rescued and seems very well made. The controls are very responsive, but are a little confusing at first... it took a little bit to get used to which end was the front, lol. It's a really good size. It's big enough to feel tough and rugged, but small enough to drive under the family minivan. The range on the thing is pretty great, most rc cars that we've seen don't go nearly as far before you start losing control, but I don't think this did at all! The only disappointment is that one of the red tail lights is dimmer then the other. Hopefully it won't go out, but it doesn't flicker, so hopefully it's not a loose wire. This thing is worth every penny! Yes, you want to get one! Read more
