Difficult to use
The floss is all at one end of the spool. As a result when one tries to pull out the floss, there is friction against the wall of the case. One has to pull very hard on the floss which stretches and frays the floss. I have had to take the spools out of the cases and trim off the end of the spool with a box knife to reduce the friction where I can get floss out of the container without breaking/fraying it.
