These sweatpants are PERFECT FOR ME!!! I originally bought the 3x in a big size but they were way oversized!!! I returned them and bought the standard 3x. I am 5’10” and 245 pounds to give you an idea. They are a little big and they come up high, but I just rolled them down. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE TRUE TO SIZE. I COULD HAVE FIT INTO A 2X BUT I KEPT THESE BECAUSE I WANT TO LOUNGE IN THEM, SO THIS IS FINE. I WOULD ORDER YOUR SIZE AS USUAL IF YOU WANT SUPER COMFORT, OR TO HAVE THESE MORE FITTED, GO DOWN A SIZE. ****KEEP IN MIND THAT I AM 5’10” AND THESE CAME UP A TWO TO THREE INCHES ABOVE MY BELLY BUTTON. IT IS CLEARLY MADE FOR TALLER PEOPLE. The material is nice and SOFT!! THEY ARE THICK, BUT NOT OVERLY THICK. THEY LOOK GOOD ON AND ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE. AS FAR AS WASHABILITY, I HAVE WASHED AND DRIED THEM AND THERE WAS MINIMAL SHRINKAGE. THEY HAVE A DRAWSTRING TO TIGHTEN THEM UP AS NEEDED. Additionally, THE POCKETS ARE DEEP ENOUGH TO USE WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT YOUR ITEMS FALLING OUT.
