I had purchased these to take on a cross country trip from NC to CA with stops at 11 national parks along the way and some on the way back. Along with my tee shirt collection and a bathing suit, that's all I needed! I wore a different one each day driving, hiking, camping, walking, and doing everything. They still look brand new and I DID NOT take it easy on them. I love that the shorts have pockets - I'd put my phone, keys, and lip balm in there and you wouldn't know I had anything in the pockets...and I'd still have free hands for the entire day. I'd throw them in the wash with everything else and they came out like they were new. The fit is true to size and they never shrunk or stretched out. The material never made me feel hot or sweaty. It covers you well- no see through at all. It's thick and stretchy enough to be comfortable but also very breathable. These are flattering and sporty and provided enough coverage that I wasn't self conscious about doing anything. Perfect for spring, summer, and fall in NC. I wear a size 12 and the Large was a perfect fit. I'll be wearing these til there's snow on the ground. Well made and comfortable. The fabric is soft, lightweight but not see through and has nice amount of stretch. Skirt is knee length (I’m 5’1”). Not just for sports - pairs well with a nice top. These are very stretchy and well made! I love the length (I'm a leggy 5'8" and they are just above my knee). They are being comfortable. I can wear them for work, workout, lounge, or running errands. So versatile! The pockets are fabulous too. I got the black, light gray (slightly lighter than pictured), and pink (which is a duller pink than the pictures). I love them all! I sized up based on the size chart and they are a little roomy. They're not falling off so I kept them, but I will buy my regular size next time.
