It wont stay connected to the app I have to keep connecting it to the Bluetooth, it doesn't stay in my Bluetooth Devices when I click to connect to app it fails to connect, removes the Bluetooth and I have to research device all over again. When I speak in English it doesn't say exactly what I said. When trying to use the face to face with each person having a earbud in for example Japanese to English I hear it in Japanese instead of English.
