Exceptionally satisfied. Our sign arrived and we were immefiately impressed with the size and quality of workmannship. We were initially hesitant to order as we had been dissappointed by other metalic signs we have purchased before only to find how cheaply they were made or how poor the quality of the product. I am so happy with this purchase. I wanted to confirm that my customization went through properly (due to an ongoing auto-correct issue) so I sent a message after my order. They responded early on the next business day and confirmed my design. When I received the product, my fist thought was "WOW, it's striking!" Letter cuts are precise and the material is strong and rugged. The finish is rich and the four nail holes are ideally positioned. It's a beautiful piece that will be in our family for a long time. My order came exactly as described, and I love it! When it was delivered, it had been bent and damaged during shipping.
