Love it! HARD TO BEAT FOR THE PRICE. Yes the chain is way too weak so I used a boot lance. I wear it around my neck under my shirt all day. Nobody knows it's there. I work maintenance at a fishing resort and I use this cheap little knife several times a day. Having it around my neck instead of on my belt is FAR faster and more convenient. I have cleaned trout with it, cut boat ropes, cardboard, use it to pry things loose, to clean off crud on equipment, etc. I have custom made knives which cost me about $450 each and I use this one more. Why? The fact that it has TWO sharp edges makes a huge difference. I can cut at many more angles and directions. Caution! This is NOT like a jack knife or a single edge belt knife. It will cut you very fast if you are not careful, and yes it IS sharp! And yes it IS hard to pull out of its case . Thank god for that! I like that it is hard to pull out of the case because it is much SAFER that way. I like it so much I am buying two more for spares. I'm giving one to my custom knife smith to see what he can do with high end steel and handle. This for me is a brilliant little knife. I knew as soon as I saw the chain I knew it would not work. But for $10 who cares! Read more

It's ok. The chain broke the second day I had it. Im going to replace it with paracord. The knife is ok. Nothing special. Kind of hard to get out of the sheath. That's how I broke the chain. Read more

The most important factor of a neck knife is that it will not accidentally stab you if you fall on it, This knife has a secure grip in the sheath. The little chain that it comes with is useless for the task at hand, but you might find something else to do with it. I knew this going into the purchase and I already had plans to use paracord to replace the chain. Maybe you have a gerbil, hamster, or a little lizard that needs to be kept on a leash… Use the chain for that. The knife is great, but I think a guinea pig could probably overpower and break the chain and who knows what resulting damage would occur… You probably wouldn't want that on your conscious… Read more

The blade slips out of the sheath too easily, and it's nice and sharp, so be careful. Read more

About as cheaply made and ill-fitting as you'd expect for this price point. If you need a throwaway device for the coming zombie apocalypse its yours. The delays you will experience withdrawing this blade-like bit of scrap metal from its shoddy yet genuine plastic case will give you time to reflect as you ward off the hordes. If you need to put something dangerous around your neck to be extracted at great personal risk, then this buds for you. Read more
