I think it's great that you can recharge individual batteries as needed and don't have to put 2 or 4 in to make the charger charge. Each battery has its own individual usb charging port. The charging cord has 4 separate but attached plugs and when you put your batteries on it to charge, it blinks to let you know that it's charging, then stays solid when it's charged.
