I ran out of Hospira BAC water and had to go to a last resort option - BAC from Amazon. This was one of the only options that did Prime delivery and came in a one vial option. The packaging was greatly improved over previous photos shared by other Amazon members - it came in a sturdy cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap. In terms of the product itself, I had no issues with the protective top falling off and there was no sting upon injection - I can only assume it's fine. I tried doing some research about this company and found that they at least have a tiny web presence, filed for a trademark last year, and have professional looking presentation. I would love to get third party testing results, if anyone has them - until then, tentatively OK-ing this BAC water. Read more

One bottle arrived broken (Amazons fault really) and one had a faulty rubber plug that was leaking water so definitely not sealed… I still used it for a few weeks as I was waiting for another water and no bad side effects. I contacted the manufacturer about the broken bottle and they replied saying they would send a replacement and it never came, they also stopped responding. It was easy to use and is a decent value if you get non defective bottles I guess. Based on the customer service and lack of replacement I had to give one star. Read more
