I wore them for the 1st day. The temperature was 80f “feels like 86”. The pants were comfortable and cool., I realized that there are double back pockets, allowing you to have a wallet and cell phone on 1 butt cheek if desired. I will probably be buying additional pairs. ***update 10/13/2025 I just submitted an order for my 4th pair of these paints, black. I’ve already purchased carbon, taupe, and navy. I am still enjoying these drawers. Pocket on the right leg is perfect and for _air pod case or vape battery or whatever else I’m trying to stash. They wick and dry like i hoped for in serious humid climate. They are comfortable to wear. Size is right. Not meant to walk in brush like you would with jeans since you will feel thorns, etc but can be done. However, my rating of 3 is because the zipper did not last long. First, the pull snapped off after 2 washes. I made it work with a paper clip. Then the zipper teeth stopped working and the zipper won't stay closed. I bought 2 pants. The other still works. I've been on a search for replacement work pants since my previous go-to, carhartt's professional series, are now discontinued. I spend most my time in an office, but occasionally get out into the shop. I need a pant that works both places. These pants are almost what I'm after. They fit true to size. The cut on the legs is about right for a standard fit pant. I tend to prefer a little looser relaxed fit, though these aren't too tight on my thighs. The fabric has a nice strech to it, and flexes well when the need to bend or squat comes up. They are light and airy without being too thin (unlike EB Rainier pants) and would be a good choice if you need to wear pants in the heat. The right "cell phone" pocket is great for carrying pens and a pen light. I like the zippered left thigh pocket for holding my wallet when I spend a lot of time seated (These are top contender for my go-to driving pants). I find the double pockets on the back odd. I'm sure there's a reason for them, for someone, but it's not a feature I need or want. The material has that polyester sheen to it that I'm not fond of and was one of the reasons I decided to relegate these to back-up pants. If I still spent most my days in the shop, I'd probably choose these in the summer heat. They miss the mark on what I'm after for an office pant (that's not what they were designed for) so my search continues. I plan to try a couple DTC AKHG pants next. Read more

These pants did not meet my expectations for work attire. They lack structure and do not look as stylish as they do in the photos. The pockets are also impractically small. I suggest a redesign to enhance the fit and pocket size. Read more
