I cannot BELIEVE how much relief this gave me, and in such a short amount of time. If I was the one reading this review, I would probably think it's too good to be true, but since it happened to me, I can only explain what I experienced! I'm an avid gym-going male in my 30s. I lift weights 5 days a week. Back in November of this year, I tweaked my right shoulder doing some shoulder presses, and ever since then, it's been a dull, consistent pain. I found the pain was worst is when I have to use my mouse at work. After getting the injury, I rested for a full week. After that, I went back to the gym, but avoided an exercises that would exasperate the shoulder pain. The pain got better, but never went away. I started looking into PT exercises on youtube, talked to my doctor who gave me some muscle relaxers, and even bought a peptide (BPC-157) that I was injecting daily to hopefully speed up the recovery. I did all this for all of December, but the pain plateaued. It wasn't getting any better. I couldn't exercise my right shoulder to any significant degree, and the pain while working was incredibly annoying. I'd have to rest my arm for several minutes just to get through the day. I saw a video on youtube discussing red light therapy, found it fairly convincing, and thought "what the hell, what do I have to lose at this point?". I found this shoulder cuff, bought it, and let me tell you: this shoulder cuff has done more for my shoulder pain that all of the things I was doing before combined. And it only took about 3 days of doing 2 20 minute sessions per day to get the relief! I'm still using it, but am seriously amazed at how effective this is. If you're in pain and thinking about getting this, just do it. I'm convinced it WILL make things better. It may not cure you like it did me, but it will make it better. I really wanted to like this product. For me, it gets very warm, the fit is not great for a woman, but I make it work ( I had another one from a different company so I'm assuming that they're all basically the same fit wise)The vibration/ massage is also very good. (Which I was not so lucky to have this good a massage with the previous one). But I haven't even had it a month and the LED/ digital display is only showing partial numbers and letters. At this point in time I can still work with it the way it is, but if it's doing this already in less than a month, what's going to happen next month or the month after when I have absolutely no readout and it is no longer eligible for return? So this is going back. I'm going to reorder the same one because I liked all its features and it gave me great relief....hopefully I will not have the same problem with the digital display. If I do, the new one will go back and I'll order from an entirely different company. Read more
