Not worth the money!
I have had this product for 7 months and it quit working! Can’t get a replacement or message the seller due to it being too long! Spend the extra money and get a BETTER mask!! Read more

Great until it broke
I loved this mask until it broke. Definitely helped my skin. Was a bit uncomfortable but better than the first one I bought and had to return because it was so uncomfortable. I am sad it broke. The wires seemed to have lost connection to the mask from regular usage. I stored it in its box when it wasn’t in use. Definitely should have lasted longer Read more
Odd-looking but easy to use and effective
Admittedly, this thing reminds me of something from a certain comic book movie set in Wakanda. That said, it is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and provides a wide range of therapeutic uses at a fraction of the price of a salon or spa. The mask is very flexible and has cutouts for the eyes, nose, and lips. There are molded eye cups to insert into the mask to make it more comfortable. The silicone strap band has a variably adjustable velcro strip at the end. The interior of the mask show lots and lots of tiny light chips, as well as a little port that allows the connection to the remote control unit. That remote control unit is USB-C rechargeable. A generously sized USB-C ribbon cable is included, as well as a very short cable for charging the remote control. Usage notes: The instructions seem to depict a different sequence of colors than what my unit offers, so I wasn't entirely sure which color was meant to be which. For example, for me it was hard to differentiate between blue light light, violet, and blue light dark. I safely performed the recommended test run to check for sensitivity and waited a day to then use the mask on my face. No problems or sensitivity for me, and no unpleasant warmth. I have some inflamed ingrown hairs on my eyebrows and chin, and one full treatment with the mask left my skin calmer and clearer without having to deal with a lot of messy products. Nice mask but stops working.
The media could not be loaded. Don’t buy this. I liked it but I had to return the first one because half the lights stopped working. They were great about sending me a replacement but lights aren’t working again. And of course I can no longer return or exchange it. The mask fits nice but you’ll likely be stuck with something that works for a few weeks or a month and then has to go in the trash : Read more
