Love the taste of this salt! This flavor profile is more diverse than other salts due to the trace minerals it contains. I feel like I've never had "real" salt until now. It makes a difference. This salt is healthier due to it's mineral content ( especially calcium but also over 60 natural trace elements), minimal processing (no anti-caking agents or dextrose here). I purchased the coarse salt so I could put it in my own grinder and pick the level of courseness best for the application at hand. I like having the flexibility of being able to have all grain sizes this way. It flows through the salt grinder without clumping.
