I thought "salt is just salt, coming from sea water". Now, after tasting this Redmond Real Sea Salt, I'm convinced that "not any salt is created equal". I know we have to watch out on our salt intake but it tastes so good! It's dry, very fine and looks good, not like some other brands on Amazon. Its expiration date is 01/2031.
