Ive had this for around 9 months now so heres a couple things I like and dont like: Pro: Video quality is great on both cameras. It is very easy to transfer videos to your phone while sitting in the car. The physical button to cycle different views and also turn the screen off for night time vision is a nice touch. The design of it is moderately small so it doesn't take up a ton of real estate on the windshield. Ive also never had an issue connecting my phone to it. There are two speeds of wifi to pick from, dont pick the 2.7 or whatever it is. Go with the 5. Takes about a minute to transfer a 5min video. (You can set recording to be 3mins or 5mins and one even less time. Ive found 3 minute recordings to be the sweet spot.) Con: I wish the rear camera wasn't so fisheyed. If I get rear ended, you cannot tell if the driver was looking at their phone or whatever. The direction states to mount the camera outside the trunk. I am apprehensive of this. If I am rear ended, the camera will be destroyed and Im not confident the footage will be saved/or corrupted. I chose to mount it on top of my rear window and you get a much better view. Im also not able to get parking mode to work, but I believe thats an issue with my vehicle and not the camera. If youre looking for your first dashcam, I recommend this. Read more

Great customer service. PRO: 1. It works for it's price range, and functions okay. 2. Has a few features that are willing to lend a hand when needed. 3. Very clear images. 4. Red Tiger contacted me to discuss the issues I had. All good now. CON: 1. At $160, this could have had more features. 2. Voice control is basic and needs more options. 3. Takes random pictures at times. I think music playing has something to do with this. 4. Uses double sided tape, not a suction cup. So once placed, that's it, no going back, and if you place on your window tint, it'll rip the tint right off. 5. You have to log-into it to get videos to download. 6. The "polarizing lens" it's not a real polarizing lens. Other: 1. Was refunded for the tinted lens cap, so goes to 3 stars. 2. Customer Service hooked me up on the camera, now 5 Stars. Read more

Honestly, I don't write a review unless I see something bad, but these guys deserve these 5 stars. I bought 2 cameras of different models, one came with an adhesive for windshield instead of the succion cup like the other had. I called customer service to have it replaced and they sent it to me for free no questions asked. The product itself does what it states it does. Installation was almost self explanatory, it had quick codes for tutorial videos. Streaming to phone was good with no lags, hasn't given me any issues so far. I bought 2 other cameras with bad experiences, I'd say this was a good purchase for the price the only con I have is that video looks like 30 fps and I was hoping for a 60 fps setting. I bought this as a gift. The recipient loves them. Clear pictures, front and rear and very easy to navigate all the modes and settings. It was easy to install and is definitely a 'must have' to keep a record of any incidents during driving. Read more

Ok. The positives: the camera gives off a great picture. I am pleased that after purchasing the camera and hardwire set I was able to have it installed professionally and it looks great in the car. I’m sure once people see the camera it’s a deterrent. Let’s talk the bad and ugly: the camera is essentially rendered useless by its terrible app. I got the camera hardwired so I could see who is messing with my car at night. So basically I wanted the parking monitoring through the app. To get into the app: You have to disconnect your phone from Bluetooth, pray to the gods that the cameras terrible WiFi connectivity will connect to your phone, and only THEN do you have access to your videos. Also the settings on the camera RANDOMLY change themselves at any given time. 🙄 I guess I should have read the app reviews before purchasing. I would have bought a different device. Read more
