It failed unexpectedly…. The static foil worked nicely then the actual tape failed. The dash cam was up for couple days and now just falls on daily basis. I would not buy this again. I run dash cameras in ALL of my vehicles. Today, it pays to protect yourself! One issue I was having is getting into my Tahoe to find the dash camera had fallen off of the windshield. It would stay attached for a few weeks but inevitably fall down. This product is used to more permanently mount your dash camera. It is EASY to apply. It allows you to remove this from your window to clean it as well, so functionally, this is awesome! This is dirt cheap, making it an excellent value for your money. Having this ensures top tier video quality as the chance of the camera falling down at the worst possible time is virtually eliminated. The size of this renders it invisible, or as invisible as it can be, being no larger than the suction cup originally used to hold the dash cam to my windshield. Read more

This product is complete garbage. It didn’t solve my problem after my suction cup stopped sticking to the windshield because my car had been sitting in the sun for a long time. Practically nothing changed — every hour my dashcam would fall off. I had to order a new suction cup mount from the same seller, and only then was the problem solved. On top of that, I think the price of this product is ridiculously inflated — it should cost just a couple of dollars at most. Read more
