This arrived right before Memorial Day weekend, which was absolutely perfect for me. All of those 3 days I had events where I would be smoking a few cigars. During that time I probably use it about 9 times, and let it to someone once. The flame is very strong and direct. I didn't use the little boring tool or whatever you call it, but it's nice to know bthat it's there. Because this really isn't all in one solution! My favorite type of cutter is a V cutter, which is why I selected this particular one. When you go to light it and press down on the igniter, the top opens up automatically. This really is the best all-around cigar product I have ever bought. It just does everything! I love it. I feel kind of bad, because my wife bought me a very expensive lighter and I like this one more. But that is just a lighter and doesn't have all the extras. This I could fit in my pocket all alone. When I say they stand behind their products and what they sell 1000%. As you can see I had a minor issue with my first lighters I ordered and I have one away for a birthday gift. After I returned the one with the problem I was contacted by the company regarding my issue about the lighter. When I say they went above and beyond to fix the issue for me and the new customers going forward. They removed all the previous lighters in stock to fix the problem I was having, and in the mean time they sent me a replacement lighter to get me by until their engineers fix the problem with the original lighter that I ordered. I took the replacement lighter to the cigar lounge and everybody loved it especially the weight of the lighter, my cousin and three of his friends ended up ordering one. One month later I walk outside and find a box on my step with the Amazon label, wondering what it was because I didn't order anything from Amazon I opened the box and find a new lighter box inside with the brand new original lighter I originally ordered. So I took the light out the box filled it up used it a few times and it worked perfect, then I let it sit for about a week and the butane was still inside. What I like most about this lighter is the fact that the butane window or the fluid it's blue compared to the other lighters (pic attached) I have you can barely see the fluid inside of it compared to this one. And just last weekend I was at a party using it and everybody loved it even my cousin tried to steal it from me lol 🤣. Previous: Lighter works but it seems the butane leaks out. I feel the lighter up put it in my backpack went to work two days later it was empty! And I had to refill it. Bad things is I bought another one for a birthday gift but not sure I want to give out to them now... My husband loves this torch lighter for his cigars. It is easy to fill for first use and the cutting tools worked great. It is also easy to adjust the flame height. He loved that it is pretty much a cigar multi tool and he can rest his cigar on the lighter. Would recommend again. Read more
In less than a year of use, the fuel reservoir no longer holds fuel. Once I fill it up, it dissipates or empties somehow within a day or two, without any actual use. So, not only is it not functional but also a danger with fuel fumes wafting about. Read more
This is a "Swiss Army Knife" level for Cigar Smokers/Preparers. This has lots of functionality and is built well. Nice metal surfaces as well as a fuel capacity level gauge viewer on the side. The tools that pop out include a hole punch, reamer, cross v-cutter. It also has a cigar holder if you do not have any place to rest your cigar while preparing or resting it. The media could not be loaded. I love torch lighters. For the main reason is when you are outside, they will still work without the struggles of wind or rain getting in the way. I love to give them as presents to people in my life that enjoy camping and that kind of thing. This one is heavy and is attractive. I put fluid in it and it lit up the first click. It has a place on the Bottom for cutting the cigars.The flame is adjustable.The adjustment is very easy to get to. It's right on the bottom the lighter itself. Where they are normally located. The refueling port is also at the bottom as well. One new thing is on the side at the top it has a lever that flips up and right under there is a little nub and that is used to open the cigar up for smoking and to push the tobacco back inside after being cut. When you click the lighter, it will open the lid first and then the flame will follow.. It's a good fit for your hand it feels good when you hold it in your hand. It seems to be very well made.
