I have been using mine for over 5 years. They work perfectly, are easy to clean, and have a nice simple look. After years of using it the silver material on the pump has worn away, but that is normal wear and tear for such an affordable product. It’s barely noticeable. I love that this is plastic because there have been so many times during cleaning or refilling the bottles that it’ll drop in the sink. The material is very study and looks like glass! Due to our remodeled shower, the alcove was too short to fit my husband's BJ's-sized and Costco-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These are the perfect size, and they look great in our shower. The tiny tube inside reaches to the very bottom and curves toward the edge of the inside bottom ring, so we know that when it gets to the end, we'll get every last drop of liquid. They are sturdy, and we're glad it's not glass, so we can feel comfortable and confident that they won't shatter if they fall. The pumps work great. Love these bottles. I got them to get rid of shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, a mishmashed collection sitting on the shelf in the shower. Now all the bottles look alike and I love it!! I did put a B, S and C on the bottoms ( mainly for my hubby!) so one can tell them apart....actually there really isn't a problem with that at all. Different look to the products. I saw some people complained it too 2 pumps to get enough soap for the body wash....really? Yes I do use 2 pumps, but truly DO NOT find a problem with that. Some want more, some less! One pump is enough for my conditioner. Great value for sure....I actually got another set of 3 and have them in our guest bath....I did make labels with the label maker for those.....Still love the look!! If I have something else I need a pump bottle for I will get another group!! Love that all look the same...takes care of a cluttered look.....if your product is too thick a small amount of water added to the bottle takes care of it and doesn't reduce effectiveness of it! So far haven't found one that was too thick to pump out so all is well!! Have only had mine for a couple of weeks so durabliity I can't answer tho they do seem like they will last al long time! I can only give this 3 stars because it does look super cheap. However, it works. I had to cut about 4 mm off the tip of the straw part before it would work. Instead of buying fancy labels, I just wrote on my Notary Public gold seals (also purchased on Amazon). This works. It comes packaged well. It looks cheap, but if you don't need to impress others, I do recommend this product. Read more

Had a glass one that looked like this and fell in the sink and broke with soap everywhere. This one fell in but was totally fine (thankfully). Works well and looks nice. I was worried it would look like plastic and look cheap but we really can't tell once soap is in. Read more
