Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wasn't 100% sure how to use this tape, so I did have to google it for what I wanted to use it for (my elbow). That's the reason I took off a star because I feel like there should be at least some basic guidance included with the purchase and yet there was nothing but the tape. I did apply to my elbow area in two strips as shown online and it didn't heal the pain, but while I was wearing it, my elbow felt a bit less painful. The tape sticks very well and after rounding the corners of a strip and then putting in place and finally smoothing out and pressing down, it wasn't going to fall off. Removal was a breeze, it did not stick to my skin and I didn't feel like I needed any water or oils to remove it. It didn't leave behind any kind of residue. I look forward to finding more ways to use the tape based on people indicating how helpful it can be if done right. Read more

While Kinesiology Tape wasn't the cure for my shoulder pain, MUSEFITR's tape did adhere well and it stayed put. The K-tape came off relatively pain-free and easily, leaving just a small amount of residue behind. I like that this tape isn't pre-cut, as that allows me to use it in a variety of ways. I'll continue to research applications and hope to reduce my shoulder ache. Read more

This review is for Kinesiology Tape. The tape comes in uncut rolls. It's a pretty blue color. It has nice 2 way stretch, along the length of the tape. Zero stretch along the width of the tape. It adheres nicely to skin but does not restick. So if you try to reposition after it warms to the body, it will not restick. I did have a reaction to the adhesive. I didn't notice a reaction at first but after wearing for about an hour I noticed it was starting to itch. I pulled it off and I have a nice patch showing exactly where the tape was. Luckily, I only applied a small piece so I could test it. I am sensitive to some adhesives (including some brands of band-aids) so it may not be an issue for most people. Read more
