Rekucci Womens Ease into Comfort Capri with Button Detail

These cropped pants, made in England, are a perfect fit, and a perfect length. They are stylish and can be dressed up or dressed down. And, they are likely the most comfortable pants I own. They are also designed to be form-flattering, and do that very well. Perhaps a bit higher priced (not by much!) than others on the market but, boy are they worth it! So, all together now, I’ve purchased 5 pair of these very well made cropped pants which do come in quite a few color choices. I’d by more if I needed to, but with my 5 pairs now, I’m comfortable I have the available color I need to be able to match with just about every top I own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Note: Evidently, unlike in China, India, or Mexico, a size 8 in the U.K. is the same as a size 8...or 10... or 12 in the U.S. I’m ready to stop purchasing clothes made in China, India, and Mexico, because either those workers in those countries who do the manufacturing of a pair of pants, jeans, maybe jor tops don’t know what inch measurements are in comparison to centimeter measurements and can’t calculate out or don’t have a chart to use for comparison in making an American item of women’s clothing in inch measurements, vs. one in centimeter measurements. Or maybe it’s due to the working conditions in those countries vs. the much more humane working conditions (even better than here in America) in much more humanely cognizant and socially advanced nations where workers aren’t mere expendable beasts of burden that allow those much better treated workers to produce the much better products more and more personal experience on my part is leading me to conclude. I ordered a size 10, and fluctuate between an 8-10 in my day-to-day clothes. The 10 fits well and isn't tight, and just skims my body. I ordered the black size 10 in both this version and "Rekucci Women's Ease In To Comfort Stretchy Slim Fit Capri With Cuff Detail" - they are the same fabric and I recommend them both. They fit similarly at the waist. The rise is just below my belly button, which is comfortable for my mom tummy and because of where it sits there's no muffin top. I love this version of the Rekucci capri pant paired with heels, as it helps to counter the bluntness of the wider leg style. I liked the look more than I thought I would since I ordered a few things just to try -- and who can argue with ordering clothes from Amazon rather than driving to the store and being disappointed at the selection or that they may not have your size. Steaming out the unstylish front/back leg creases was no problem and was easily remedied in less than a minute, along with any wrinkles from the packaging/shipping process. I purchased these from Amazon ( in size 8, tropical pink...and unfortunately currently out of stock here in that color) about 2 months ago to replace a pair of pants for church that bit the dust on the first wear. I love these. Absolutely love them. The color is vibrant, and while it looks matte in regular light, when the full blaze of the sun hits it there is a bit of a shimmery quality from the light reflecting off of them that probably makes me happier then it should. I like sparkly things :) They have been washing well, I haven't found any problems with the seams, and my favorite part is that they actually make my butt look good. I'm not joking on that one. I tragically suffer from pancake booty when I'm in a healthy weight range for my frame size, and it's taken a ton of deadlifts, squats, hip thrust, etc. to get me what I do have. These drape in a very flattering manner, and the band around the waist hits at just the right spot to avoid the appearance of bubble booty, one of my pants pet peeves. These are comfortable, and flexible, which makes things easier for chasing my son around church, so as of right now, I'm thinking these are pretty awesome and I would definitely have no problem purchasing a pair of these again when other pairs of pants wear out. These are super comfortable pants that you can just pull on. The fit is great - very comfortable. They look like chinos, but not quite. They have a faux buttons at the top so if you tucked in your shirt it would look like normal pants. After the first year though...they start to fall apart and you begin to notice how much these pants actually suck. There's no pockets, which is super irritating for pants. The fabric starts to fall apart after multiple washes, and it also starts to pill not only in the normal between the legs areas, but also on the back of the thighs. The part that really killed me was noticing the elastic on the fabric literally sticking out. It looks like I'm covered in pet hair but on closer inspection, the little hair things sticking out of the pants are actually the elastic - it's the the stuff that makes the pants stretchy.
