Rekucci Womens Ease into Comfort Fit Barely Bootcut Business Casual Stretch Pants in Regular Tall Petite fit

I've owned two different lengths of these pants, and have learned some things you'll want to know before you buy. First of all, the material on these is great. They feel like professional grade pants, unlike most pull on pants of this style that are made with a cottony material, that while comfy, is also a lot like sweatpants in a different cut, and just feel very casual to me for going to the office. This material still has a lot of stretch to it, and the strength of the material plus the high waist keeps me "tucked in" around the middle, and not in an uncomfortable way. These pants do not have real pockets, so if you want those, move along. These are slim fit, so pockets would create lumps and bumps, so I'm okay letting that go for these. The biggest unknown when it comes to these pants is the length. The Regular size is listed as 32" and the Tall size is listed as 35". I am 5' 8 1/2" tall, and have issues with pants being too short, but long ones being too long. The Regular size look fine if I'm in flats and standing, but the stretchy nature of these pants means that when you sit, they move quite a long ways up your leg. That's why I included a picture of me with my leg up in the air like a stork. For the Tall length pants, 35" in any other pant would be WAY too long for me, and they are definitely long when standing, I have to have some heels on (though you can see in the picture, the heels don't have to be crazy tall). But when I sit in the Tall pants, they are the right length. For me, sitting at my desk at work in the Regular size pants, the short length drove me batty. My socks poke out, and they are super high water, so I'd rather have the long size and wear some heels with them. This is my personal preference. Also, they are quite slim fit, I am wearing a size 8 and normally I wear a size 6 in pants. I am 135 lbs. I hope this review helps you with these pants. I was a little skeptical but ladies, I am glad I decided to go out on a whim In purchase these pants they are high quality. I bought a 10 short and I still have room in the hip and the waist. I got them in the Gray and red .I am Petite and it is very hard to find pants, If you are short. I remember spending more money to get them hemed ,than what I paid for them. I bought these in black and I also bought them a couple of months ago in charcoal. I cannot recommend these highly enough.. They are so comfortable. They are super elegant and classy. They look like expensive tailored pants and they feel like them to the fabric is amazing. Just be aware there is no zip on these they are pull on and they are generous around the waist. I am 5'8 and 225 lb and I bought the size 16. I normally wear a size 18 but I size down on these because I feel like they're stretchy and generous. They are slim leg and boot cut. You pull them on. Don't worry they don't look like cheap pull on slacks they look like they cost a lot of money... 100% recommend these. I am hesitant to buy clothes online but came across a pair of these in a package deal from a friend and loved how they fit so searched the brand and was shocked to find them on Amazon! I love that they are pull on but don’t fit like the typical pull on. They look like super expensive dress pants and these were on sale for less than $20. I intend to keep watching to get them in more colors as they go on sale.. I can pair them with a button up shirt and jacket for work and it’s looks like a fancy suit or with a nice shirt for a business casual look as well. They are true to size and I am 5’10” and the tall is perfect. I also appreciate the wide band waist due to the fact there is a 10” difference between my waist and hips. I have purchased this brand of pants before....and the fit was fine....these did not fit the same way....from the waist to the top of the inseam was way too long....and the belly area had little support....even tho the waist was tight....May have been a defective pair....I don't know but was really disappointed that they were not made as the previous Rekucci's one's I have ordered and wear.... I am still so disappointed in the 2nd pair of REKUCCI pants that I bought on April 2, 2023! On April 27, 2022, I bought the first pair that fit so well that I wore them almost a year, and then bought another pair, but I didn’t wear them right way because I wanted to keep them for when the first pair wore out. However, when I did put on the 2nd pair, they didn’t fit!!! It was too late to return them, but I thought people should know that the company changed the materials they used for the first pair even though the style number was the same!!! Now I still wear my first pair (which I wore for over a YEAR) even though they have tiny fraying nylon threads sticking out on all the seams. They have lasted a long time (except for the fraying), and I should have been able to buy a 2nd pair that was EXACTLY THE SAME STYLE — RE 1754, and the same materials!
