great fit for a 5'2" curvy mature woman. The look is solid, no bagging, fall nicely straight, just a little past ankle length.. (16 short) I personally did not feel a firm tummy control. The fabric is dense better for cooler months, and IMO dressier. Overall nice looking slacks. Read more

I was so happy when these arrived. The length on these pants was awesome. But I had to return them. I think that the straight leg fit caused the waist to slip when I sit down. Maybe because of the fit through my hips. So, I ordered the bootcut pant and they fit really well and are comfortable. They are still a little long, so I will need to hem them, which is okay. These pants are very flattering and look great on. I now have 4 different pairs. I ordered the size 12 short-petite, I'm 5'2" and about 145lbs. They offer great colors. I may order more. I love these pants! They make me look slimmer. Very comfortable fit too - no zippers and have a nice stretch to them. I bought mine in white for summer. I wash them in the washer in cold and hang dry. They do need ironed if you want a very crisp look. Otherwise just wear. I found hanging them on a hanger keeps the wrinkles away. Hi. I am 5'5 and now weigh 175. I have thick thighs and legs and have curves as well. I initially ordered the 12 short based on previous reviews with folks saying they were 5'9 yet the regular was still too long for them. I found the short to be too short. It did not look right to me. Also, I found the pants to be a little more fitting than I would like them to be so I then ordered a 14 regular. The 14 regular is the correct length for me, not touching the floor but not high waters either. I have worn them with heels but I am okay with the length with flats on as well. As for size, the 14 fits me more loosely of course but not a good thing. It bunches up and creates unattractive rolls all throughout the leg. It may just be the material, as it is stretchy and appears to be created to "stick". I am returning all of my 12 shorts (too short and too fitted) and returning the 14 regulars as well (good length but not meant to be worn baggy). In my opinion, these pants are comfortable- especially not needing to be worn with a belt and no zipper; it is as though work slacks and yoga pants had a baby. The idea is great but to me, it does not look very good on thick legs/thighs- wearing it tightly emphasizes these features and wearing it loosely creates rolls. I will check on Amazon to see if I can find comfortable pants- same concept but possible a differently material/fit. If you have any suggestions, it would be much appreciated! Read more

I have a few pair of these pants in different colors. I really like them. I am 5'5" and ~160/165 pounds depending on the day. They look great for work and hold up well. I wash and dry like usual, but take them out of the dryer about 5 minutes before it's due to end when they're warm and dry. If I fold or hang them on a hanger at that point, no ironing is required. I refuse to buy items that need ironing on a regular basis! These are nice thick material, and keep me warm. My only complaint is the "tummy control" panel that these pants have. While they do have a nice wide waist band, there is no tummy control that I've seen. I carry my weight in my thighs and stomach, so that would be great. The wide waist band also tends to fold down when I sit, and then I have to fix it when I stand up. Not a deal breaker for me, but still... Read more
