I wanted to really like this product. It was very efficient at what it did. We made the vanilla bean recipe and a sorbet with it. Cleaning each time and following instructions. Everything came out fine. However when using it the third time it made a clank sound and the blade is scraped and will no longer stay in the bar that lowers making the machine useless. Read more
