My routine is to brush as normal with regular toothpaste, then make sure my toothbrush is only slightly damp (not dripping) by tapping off any excess water before dipping it into the powder. I then gently brush again with this. It gives a temporary, mild numbing effect that really helps with sensitivity. The numbing fades, but my teeth stay noticeably less sensitive throughout the day — even when brushing normally. It doesn’t foam up like regular toothpaste, but the cool mint flavor leaves my breath feeling fresh and clean. Reviews werent kidding how good it tastes! My teeth feel much more clean than traditional toothpaste has like sensodyne, which is what i was using before this jar. I decided to take dental health much more serious entering my 30s because studies shown poor dental health is linked to heart disease and Alzheimers. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death. If something is healthier and it is revealed to you, do your research and buy it. Dont play with your hygiene. I havent felt sensitivity at all in cold drinks or eating hot food. I love the clean ingredients and thats theres no fluoride; a neurotoxin. After i finish a jar, i will go to the dentist and see if my periodontal has improved; they said its possible. I didnt floss much in my 20s. Floss the teeth you wanna keep! Read more

I really like this tooth powder, epically when used in conjunction with their remineralizing mouth wash containing colloidal silver. Stays loose and easy to pick up with your wet toothbrush, an immense improvement to the leading brand of tea tree tooth powder (starting wit “Dr…”) which is actually sticky and hardens in the bottom of the jar causing me to throw out over 3/4 of it because it was unusable. Love the way Dr. Michell’s brand works. It feels very cooling and exhilarating after rinsing. Different from any toothpaste I’ve ever tried. And the biggest gift, it’s helping my teeth and gums a lot. The skin is lighter and brighter, less swollen and irritated. I like it. I feel like it gets my teeth very clean and helps with sensitivity. Great ingredients. My issues are: the spearmint flavor is so strong it burns my mouth and it starts to clump and get hard making it unpleasant to brush with. Read more
I really like this tooth “paste” I prefer something without all the extra ingredients like dyes, additives and such but has a hard time finding something that felt like it got my teeth clean. This powder seems to do a good job, is easy to use and easy to pack for traveling. Read more
