Bought to replace a decades old trimmer made in this style. The round trimmers designed for most men’s use do not work well for me. I like to be able to hold the trimmer blade flat against the inside of my nostrils & I can see that it trims closely and well for a better grooming experience. I also use it to trim the are immediately below my nostrils on my upper lip. It works very well. I am happy to have a fresh, sharp trimmer!! This style is difficult to find. It’s easy to use and very safe. The blades are sharp with no pulling. It’s made very durable and the ease of use is better than others I have tried. I highly recommend because we can also use for eyebrows. Read more
Works well. Gets a close enough cut. Durable, light weight, easy to use, does not make a lot od noise, keepi g it clean is super simple. Only wish it came with a cap to protect the blade tip while traveling. Read more
I had a cheap Conair trimmer for more than 10 years that finally stopped working. It was the same style as this which I like, which is a reciprocating action rather than the rotary that is most common today. I don’t like the rotary, so I was happy to find this, HOWEVER, it hardly cuts the hair at all. I have to go over the same area too many times to cut any hair. I’d return it but don’t want to go to the trouble as it was only about $10, but money wasted. Read more

I've owned a versions of this type of Remington shaver for over 20 years and they've all worked relatively the same. Good enough for personal grooming fine whiskers and hair but the motor always seems to vary in speed as it cuts. I wouldn't mind spending a bit more money one one of these if it means increase in quality. But, as it is - works okay enough.... Read more
Not great. Hardly cuts. You have to keep it in longer than you’d like. Not worth returning it. Plus I’ve used it . I’m not very happy with it but oh well…. I’ve got nothing else to compare it to. Read more
