As so many of the other reviews here mention, the cost of this replacement head is very close to the cost of replacing the entire razor. But, lets be honest - no one (no, not even you) is going to remove the batteries from their old razor for proper hazmat disposal before throwing it in the trash. And it's likely that you're looking for new cutters because your shaver's body is still running strong. So... why not replace the heads only and save yourself a few dollars in the process. This is an OEM part, so the cut quality and blade sharpness are things that Remington has ensured will function exactly as the cutters that came with your original purchase. When my shaver's battery or internal gearing finally dies, I'll consider replacing it. Until then, I'm content that this is a more than acceptable way to continue using it while keeping it out of the e-waste stream. Read more
