This is a cute car, and for the price and what it does I would say it makes a great gift for your child to give to another child. It is a trick car meaning it’s not a racing car. You’re not gonna get this so that you can go have kids compete in racing, this car is programmed to do tricks, talk at you flash, its lights You can even push a one button demo that will run it through a bunch of things so you don’t even have to think about doing it. It’s a OK made car a little bit cheap as far as the plastic build of it, but your kids will still get plenty of Fun use before it falls apart or disintegrates for the price. It’s nice that it comes with two batteries so you can be charging one while the others working. The problem I see for a little kid using this with the way the batteries are is that the little charging plug for each battery is very hard to plug in as it is so small and I would recommend that an adult do it and don’t leave it up to your child or in about five seconds the thing will be destroyed and you won’t be able to Charge the batteries without having the specific chargers for the batteries. I found it a little complicated myself trying to get the end of the battery charger into the battery cords and. Just a note that I would recommend and at least an adult do this for the child to prolong having the car working and not break the battery charger. Overall, it’s a great little toy keeps. The kids entertained, talks back at them, flashes, lights, and they find it funny to watch what it does especially in the demo mode. This is a solid RC car. It doesn't go super fast, and it isn't very flexible as far as turning goes (unless you adjust the wheels using a dial at the bottom to make it do a sharp left or right turn only), but it does come with 2 batteries and 2 chargers and it only requires 1 battery to function, so you can charge 1 battery while you play with the RC car using the other. The controller is super flimsy, and the controls are stiff, but that is pretty common with most RC cars, so I can't complain too much, since there really isn't a better option that I've tried. I have also tested the white Cybertruck color variant of this product, and it operates the same. However, keep in mind that the controller technically can be used to operate both of these vehicles, but only 1 at a time. I turned on 1 car, then the other shortly after, and it started driving the 2nd car, while the 1st car couldn't be used. I could see this being an issue if you buy both of these and try using each separate controller, only to find that you can't because it overrides the original car each time. A simple solution might be to just pair the controller with the car at a safe distance away from the other RC car (which, by the way, the pairing is automatic). In summary, if you are looking for a cool, budget-priced RC car that also has a few light options (basic white light, as well as 2 multi colored light modes and a light off mode) and don't mind something that isn't too fast, then this would be perfect for any Tesla Cybertruck fan. The RC truck is fun to drive and the LED lights look cool, especially the different modes. The one-touch demo is a nice feature for kids. However, the build feels a little cheap and the truck doesn’t handle rough terrain as well as expected. Good for casual play, but don’t expect it to survive heavy off-roading. Read more

I received this about a month ago but haven't been able to try it out for most of that time because when first turned on it powered on, lit up started talking then abruptly went dead. When I got the chance to test it there was a wire that had been poorly soldered and broke off. This obviously wasn't a great start. Once the wired was soldered back and it was working again it paired with the controller immediately. The lights have a white light bar effect, a RGB scanner mode and a flashing RGB mode. These can be switched on or off and cycled with the remote. The red brake lights come on when stopping and go off when reversing there are no tail lights which I found odd. I don't know if there is another loose wire somewhere or if it's supposed to be this way. The box mentions taillights but then says they come on when braking so I'm not sure. The car controls well for having the type of controller it includes. I was able to easily navigate in open areas. When trying to navigate around objects at lower speeds it becomes more difficult as the controller goes full throttle very easily. I still found it enjoyable. The once crash into a curb didn't result in any visible damage. The inclusion of two batteries and a screwdriver are pluses. Another plus is that the latch on the battery cover will stay closed without the screw so you can remove it to save time. The controller cover requires at least one of the screws though. The car looks OK. The weird black lines on the body are an interesting choice. I'm not a fan of the cybertruck but as a toy it works. Despite the rough start this has been a fun RC to play around with. It isn't a toy to be played with roughly and should remain out of the dirt but as a street vehicle it works well. Read more
