This set arrived nicely packaged for gift-giving, with several tool shapes to choose from for different areas. I find the lymphatic drainage really helps my sinuses even though I originally purchased this for just aesthetic reasons to de-puff my face. I use a light skin safe oil, and start near the armpit, moving across the chest then down the neck, continuously pushing back down toward the armpit where there’s a lot of lymph nodes. Then I work on my face starting at my jaw, moving up to eventually the forehead, then back down. I do this in the morning in front of my red light therapy panel & the combination is really nice for my skin, gets blood flow moving. Bonus points if you drink some hot water with lemon. The only reason I deducted one star is these are glass tools, but the marketing implied they are stone or jade. For the price, I’m not unhappy, but I do think these gua sha products on Amazon are difficult to tell apart because of the confusing descriptions implying a mined material. If you are looking for stone tools, these aren’t that. However, they are very useful for what they are intended to do, and the price is excellent for the number of tools received. I don’t have any complaints about the quality of the glass & none of the pieces were scratched as some other reviewers had expressed concerns about. Read more
