This is a very cute sleeveless romper for the summer with ruffles capping the arm holes and a big bow on the front made from the same material as the romper. There are two snaps closing the top of the romper (Amazon says buttons but they are actually snaps) and three snaps closing the crotch, making diaper changing much easier. It is made of a crinkly cotton material (95% cotton 5% polyester) and has elastic around the waist and around the leg holes. It measures: from back of neck to bottom of crotch 13 3/4" The hat is made from the same material and is unlined. The ruffled brim measures 1 3/4" and the hat up to the crown measures 5". The headband is from the same material also and needs to be tied into a bow. It is 39 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide. All in all, this is a nice set. Cool for the summer. Well sewn and cheerful colors.
