This thing is awesome! I have plantar fasciitis and I try to massage my feet myself or I use a massage gun. But it doesn't get the right spots. And I'm very ticklish so I can't get a massage and my husband offers but I can't cause im too sensitive. So he bought me this and it is worth every penny. I work on my feet all day and this is like having my own masseuse in the living room. It goes from very gentle to very intense. The air compression on this thing is great. My feet no longer hurt after 30 minutes and this thing is very well made. And easy to use. It is a little big and bulky but I'm ok with that. It is pretty heavy so if you can't lift a gallon of milk or laundry soap then I suggest you have someone help you. Read more
Updated 7/8/2024: Had a wonderful experience with their customer service and wanted to share. During my last apartment move in June, the remote somehow got misplaced and since bending over to manually touch the buttons has been difficult due to injury, I thought I’d email and ask if they could send a replacement remote for the unit I purchased. And they did not only that but went well above and beyond and replaced my whole unit, not just the remote! Astounded by how much they aim to please their customers. We also have purchased another massager from them (enclosed foot massager) and love that one as well, and with this kind of customer service, we’ll be sure to keep this company and its products on our radar if we need other products. We’ve also let many of our house guests try out our massagers and they’ve all loved them, fighting over who gets to sit on the couch in the massager next. So if you’re looking for a solid line of massagers especially for (big) feet, this is a winner! ———- We put this up on our recliner and use it while reading or watching tv, angled up. The knead settings can be a bit too much for my sensitive feet but I like to increase the air pressure. Sometimes even that pressure can be too much and can pinch. The heat isn’t very noticeable for quite a while unless you’re running back to back sessions. My partner also finds ways to squeeze his thighs in for a hamstring massage. It’s awkward to do arms though, so we only do feet, calves and maybe hamstrings. Taking a star off because we wanted more heat function but it’s not as strong as it could be. It’s also a bit pricey. I’m a nurse with plantar fasciitis so I was in desperate need of a foot massager. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews, but so far I’m liking it. I’ve only used it twice, but it’s massaging the exact spot I have the most pain. I’ve only used the highest setting for each section so I can get some relief. It’s super easy to use, the pressure feels great all though I wish it were a little stronger. I notice if I sit forward a little more it helps add a bit more pressure to the soles of my feet. I bought it mainly to help when I am experiencing RLS symptoms. I haven’t yet needed it for that, so I can’t speak to how effective the compression & heat combination will be during those episodes, but I’m definitely enjoying the foot massage/heat/compression combination for my feet. I have bought and returned 4 foot different foot massagers trying to find the best one. The first brand I bought, the air did not work, the second one I bought, the entire massager did not power on, the last one did not hold my feet it was too lose so you could not feel the kneading but it felt good if you could put your weight on it. This one I have mixed feelings. The kneading is not needing it just feels like a ball rolling with little bumps in it, its not actual kneading. It starts up on low every day so if you like the max feeling you have to turn intensity up on the air, the kneading the time and the heat every time you turn it on and it beeps really loud when you do so. Its kind of obnoxious having to turn 5 settings up 2 ticks every time which is 10 button clicks, I would not recommend, the ones I bought for less money had a much better value. Read more
Since I had knee replacement surgery, my feet and calves in both legs ache so much. I have large calves (16") and was nervous to buy a massager that would work for me. This one is perfect for large calves and feet! I like the different levels of kneading and air so I can adjust the settings depending on how sensitive my feet and legs are. I like the little kick stand that allows me to move it depending on if I'm in a chair or laying down. I love this device and I'm grateful it has given me some relief from the aching.
