I am very happy with the pull up band bundle from Rep Fitness. I purchased the black, purple and green band bundle in order to assist me with my bar exercises. I have been training recently on strict muscle up and one arm pull up and needed some assistance as doing eccentrics alone was not enough for me. I am fairly lightweight (somewhere between 135-137lbs) and for me the green band was too much assistance. The purple and black bands are perfect. My wife who is not able to do a pull up yet has been using the green band and is slowly but surely making progress.
