I bought a CarPlay/Android Auto screen to add navigation and streaming features to my older 2011 Honda Pilot and it connected and worked really well so far. Unfortunately, the mounts that came with it was inconvenient for me. I do not like things stuck to my windshield that could possibly obstruct my driving view. So, it was either too low or would be obstructive to my view. When I saw this mount as an option I was excited but skeptical whether with would fit my unit. It said "universal" in the description, so I decided to take the chance and get it. It mounted easily and fit my unit perfectly. I am happy with the mount, the distance from the dash could be a bit shorter so that the unit could be closer to the dash, but that may sacrifice rigidity and strength of the portion that goes into the CD player slot to hold my unit in place.
