Water tastes fishy

I was pretty hopeful about these filters because the price was decent and it had good reviews. The filters arrived with no instructions, but installing them was pretty self-explanatory. The issue I have is that the water tastes like fish. I ran at least a gallon through the filter and it still tasted like fish. It did not come with any instructions so I’m not sure how much water I needed to flush through the filters to make it taste OK. I would recommend including instructions if you need to somehow flush the filters before installing. I know it’s not my machine or tapwater that gives the fishy taste because it did not taste like this with my old filters. Read more
