Well made, work well, and are low cost but the bristles are quite firm.
Although others have said that the bristles are soft, I find them a bit firm compared to the heads that came with my Oral B IO toothbrush. In fact, my wife, who needs very soft bristles, found them too firm. Other than the firmness, they are well made, work well, and are low cost. Read more

Won’t buy again - will use for now
They’ll do the job until they run out. I won’t be buying again. They are louder, don’t spin as effectively for cleaning ability, the price does not make up for its quality. They’re between soft and medium so don’t press hard. They fit out with the IO so I guess they’re compatible. I won’t buy these again. Read more
Not compatible with oral B IO series
These replacement heads do “fit” into oral B brush but make a terrible sound and do not spin correctly. Very disappointing - you get what you pay for. Read more

Great replacement brush head on Oral-B Pro 1000
I switched to an electric toothbrush a couple years ago and I haven't looked back. The only problem is that the brush head replacements from the manufacturer can be pretty costly. But these are right around a dollar per brush, which is competitive with manual toothbrushes. I like that these snap in place and stay there; I've used other aftermarket brush heads that don't snap into place and in fact can fall off during brushing. These are much better. There's plenty of motion in the brush heads and it's just the right size to get into the tight corners of my mouth. The bristle pattern is more of an array than the circular pattern of the OEM brushes (see photo with this product on the right), but that doesn't seem to affect its performance in any way. Read more
