Although these are compatible with my OralB IO,ph fit perfectly and saved a bunch of money over purchasing the brand name replacements, they are definitely not the same quality. The bristles are too firm and the toothbrush is now very loud. They are fine enough not to return, but I’m definitely going to start researching a different brand to replace these. Read more

These work better than the original. My teeth weren't feeling clean with the original, and I was gonna give up. I decided to try new heads first, and I'm glad I did. The bristles are plenty firm, but not too firm. My teeth feel so much better now. The only downer I can think of is that the gap between this head and the handle is slightly more than the original. Doesn't affect the function, but it is noticeable. I would still recommend these as a great replacement head. Read more

The original replacement heads for my Oral-B iO are very expensive and you only get 4-5 toothbrush heads, so these were just what I wanted and I got 10! They fit perfectly with no problems.
