I have been using a full set of Iron Infidel bands for almost a year now and I absolutely love them and the results I have achieved using them. I was excited when they announced their handles and door anchor. I have used them for a couple of workouts so far and they are a great addition to my arsenal. The door anchor is far better quality than others I have tried. The grips are comfortable and work well with a quick girth hitch to attach them. I am not sure it is recommended or not, but I also tried both the door anchor and the handles with a real climbing carabiner to attach them and it worked great. These handles feel awesome. Great grip with enough width for big hands. Awesome textured grip don’t slip when hands sweat. The D rings are large enough to quickly and easily fit any type of band or attachment. The door stop attachment is awesome and we use it all the time. Having been in the fitness industry for 15+ years I can see these are top tier bands. You won’t find quality that surpasses this set of bands. The don’t hold on to moisture and make the bands sticky. The progressive resistance through the elastic range of the band is great. Also, if you get the handles with the bands, they are very high quality. Better than 99% of gym handles. Read more
